Our services are donation based and we appreciate any contribution that can be given on a weekly basis for your sessions. No one is turned away due to lack of funds.
Counselling is an investment in yourself and your relationships with others and we rely on donations to allow the service to be accessible and available to all.

- Emotional support: Counselling can offer a safe space to express feelings and concerns, fostering emotional well-being.
- Stress reduction: Counselling can equip individuals with coping strategies to manage life’s challenges effectively.

It’s important to note that the benefits of counselling can vary from person to person, and the effectiveness of therapy often depends on the individual’s willingness to engage in the process and the relationship they are able to build with their therapist.
